Dr. Blair Thomas Johnson, MD

My encounter with Dr. Blair Johnson and staff was due to a root canal. My root canal procedure was painless. Dr. Johnson was very thorough when he explained the procedure to me. Dr. Johnson and staff were very professional, and , at the same time they very friendly and entertaining. What I admired most about Dr. Johnson was the way he treated staff. He treated each person with respect and like a person, not a number. Dr. Johnson praised the staff members for duties they had accomplished but let each person know they did a great job. I was impressed because we as a society do not hear or say it enough or at all. Great job Dr. Johnson. Kudos to all of you.

What I admired/respected most was the way Dr. Johnson treated the staff. He used affirmations and gave positive feedback for jobs well done. We don't see that very often anymore; however, during and after my appointment, I was convinced that there are still people who care about staff and not afraid to show it. Thank you Dr. Johnson for still believing in treated people like people. Kudos to all of you.
