Dr. Blair Kay Steel

Dr. Blair Steel is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals understand the underlying patterns that shape their emotional well-being, relationships, and behaviors.

Dr. Steel earned dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Manhattan College in New York City before completing graduate studies in counseling psychology and pursuing doctoral-level training in clinical psychology.

Driven by a lifelong passion for resilience and personal growth, she works collaboratively with clients to identify obstacles, uncover root causes of distress, and develop meaningful strategies for lasting change. Her therapeutic approach is flexible, individualized, and grounded in the belief that self-integration and healthy self-esteem are essential components of mental wellness.
