Dr. VanNostrand is from Long Island, New York. He graduated from S.U.N.Y. Stonybrook for an undergraduate degree in Anthropology, and Temple University School of Dentistry for his graduate degree. He completed a two year residency at the University of Connecticut Health Science Center and practiced for seven years in Connecticut before joining Dr. Long in 2006. The decision to come to Maine was an easy one. The practice offered an opportunity to tap Dr. Long’s thirty years of experience and share a similar passion for quality dentistry. Five minutes into his first meeting with Dr. Long in 2005, Dr. VanNostrand knew his search was over! We haven’t looked back since. In January of 2007 we formed the partnership of Falmouth Dental Health. Dr. VanNostrand, his wife Karin and their young son reside in Freeport.
