Dr. Blake Val Fausett, MD

Dr. Blake V. Fausett, MD, PhD is an oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon who diagnoses and treats a wide range of eyelid, tear-duct, orbital, and facial conditions, including ptosis, eyelid malposition, tearing disorders, eyelid tumors, orbital fractures, and complex eyelid reconstruction. He is also an expert in oculofacial cosmetic surgery, performing upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lifts, and face lifts, and he offers non-surgical facial rejuvenation with lasers, chemical peels, neurotoxins, and fillers. Dr. Fausett frequently collaborates with local dermatologists and performs reconstructive procedures following Mohs surgery.

Dr. Fausett graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School, completed his residency at the Kellogg Eye Center (University of Michigan), and finished a two-year ASOPRS fellowship under Dr. Jeffery Nerad at the Cincinnati Eye Institute.
