Dr. Blake C Kingsbury

Been seeing Dr. Kingsbury for several years now. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. I've had multiple procedures done from cleaning to crowns. Highly recommend.

After 20 year of a bad Dentist I changed. Kingsbury arrives at this new office. My new dental office I've attended about 5-6 years now. !. I'm very hard to numb. Dr. Kingsbury done some work on me. I was very pleased to say I was comfortable (if not I would have stopped). The staff is great, they get you in when needed and have a clean office. The only thing I couldn't 5-star is "Advanced Technology". The reason is only because the whole office does not have digital x-rays. If you have a root canal (which I've had 3 done here) that room has the digital x-rays. Understand I had major problems when I started at this office. It has taken years to repair the damage from the other office that I was a patient for 20 years.

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Kingsbury and once I have my next one to finish some crown work, it will be my last.The pro's: nice, clean, modern, spacious office. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Kingsbury has good "bedside manner" and is very charming.The con's: LONG wait time. For every appointment I have had thus far, I sat in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes before being called in. The waiting room has NO reading material which makes me laugh considering how long they make you wait. I had crown work done on a Thursday, the pain & discomfort never went away and when I called the office on Friday afternoon to see what they could do, the office was closed for the day and there is no answering service OR an option for any emergency situations. This was a holiday weekend, so I had to suffer through the weekend. On Monday night, I called and left a message. On Tuesday, I still had not heard from anyone, so I called the office and the receptionist had no idea if anyone listened to… my message. When I described my situation, she said the only way they could do anything was to have me come into the office. Well, I work and I would not be able to come in, so basically, its either come in or suffer. All I wanted was something stronger than an OTC pain reliever as Advil, Aleve, Motrin & Tylenol were not helping.Their lack of consideration for their patients amazes me. Like I said, the staff is friendly enough, but that does not compensate for such a lack of patient services or respect for people that work and cannot be flexible enough to accommodate their short work week and office hours.

Horrible pain in jaw for 2 months after fillings. He could never fix it or figure out why! Fillings done poorly, one has a hole in it that when anything sweet touches sends pain.
