Dr. Blake Allen Little, MD

Dr. Little saved my life a few years ago when I was seven months pregnant and had bacterial pneumonia and sepsis. I was critically ill. He was incredibly dedicated and caring. I would recommend him highly to anyone. And my family and I are forever grateful to him!

I was referred to the Berryville Sleep Lab. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful. Dr was working thru the new telemedicine I have read about. Quick, easy, good experience. Tim and Lisa were kind and helped me later when my mask didn't fit right. I give them all a "two thumbs up!"

For whatever reason, a patient can never reach him OR the Mercy Sleep Clinic in Berryville, AR. This is horrible for patients and an inexcusable practice. His staff does not care. What is going on?

He spent 5 minutes with me. Looked at me and said there is nothing I can do for you. No suggestions, no referrals, no sympathy.I have RLS.

I've never seen a more unprofessional Dr's office before. I was told my appt would be at a certain time. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork and was told that the doctor wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes. When I inquired why he wouldn't be there on time, I was told that I was mistaken about the appt time. When I tried to clarify what I had been told over the phone while setting the appt, she simply stated that I must be lying since that's not what she told me. I would never recommend someone that's treats clients like this and will never use his services again.

i HAVE never seen this doctor...perhaps he briefly reviewed the results of my sleep study remotely, but I have never met this guy and my insurance paid the claim yet he still reports $400 delinquent on my credit report which is hurting my chances to get a parent student loan for my son's college education.
