He kept it simple but made sure all my concerns were taken care of. He assured me that he would get all the required testing approved even though it might be a fight with the insurance company.

Dr. Moore repaired my right Achilles in October 2025. At my initial visit he was friendly and professional while keeping me at ease on what i was facing. Surgery went great no repair scar visible. The therapy schedule he or his staff put me on was spot on. By mid February I was released from therapy and walking great. I went to see him today for his final evaluation and was released from his care, he told me if I had any future issues don't hesitate to contact his office. Thank you to him his staff in VA Beach and the Therapy staff at the Chesapeake office

This visit was a follow-up after surgery and a recent flare in my ankle. Dr. Moore took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing, explain what was happening, and reassure me that the repair is stable. Hearing that directly from the surgeon who performed the procedure gave me a lot of peace of mind. I also want to recognize Jamie(PT) and Abby(PA)for how quickly and thoughtfully they responded when my symptoms changed, and Kaia (secretary)for helping coordinate everything. Their support made a big difference while I was worried. I’m very grateful for the care and attention from the entire team.

I was so disappointed with Dr Moore. I saw him 3 times and on the 3rd visit he came in the room and said “I don’t know what to do with you. I suggest you get a 2nd opinion “. In addition, he said you don’t have plantar fasciitis after treating me for this over 3 months. I left feeling like a scolded child, lost and confused. Never had this type of interaction with a physician before. Very disappointing!
