I haven't visited him yet, however I think that it's messed up that their phone hasn't been working for almost a week. The front desk person has an attitude problem

Dr. Thompson, himself, almost never sees the patients. His PA;s are always pleasant but afraid to step "out of line" to treat pain. From the first day the practice tried to "up sell" me on the ROC programs. I've been doing this pain thing for too long and know what works and does not work for me. How bad does it have to get before Doctors treat Patients and not Insurance Companies again? Just push everyone through and collect from Insurance........

been a patien t for several years after my most excellent Orthopedic DR.retired. I was referred here mostly because my attorney likes the location. I have experienced some patronization and problems in the past with staff who do not listen, but overall okay.The office now has soem ambiance and at least room to get away form th ecoghers and hackers who try to give you their germs.

Absolute WASTE OF TIME-offers no Pain management except those in association to his "ROC" medical group. No compassion or follow up. Never touched me to diagnose

Poor doctor rude no bedside manner! Spends little time with patients doesn't listen when trying to explain your condition! Only out for money avoid at all costs!
