Been denied referrals more than 3 times with this doctor, now medical director of Jackson Medical Group. I was well-established with a doctor treating me for pre-uterine cancer for nearly 4 years, until she was hired at Jackson Medical Group and started denying referral to continue care. Who does she think she is meddling in my health care? I am livid!

Terrible doctor. Won't refill your prescriptions because she can't remember anything about why you're on them and gets confused, and will simply deny them, so you spend days trying to get her on the phone to refresh her memory. Also promises to call in prescriptions that never materialize, despite having just discussed it with her for half an hour. She left her practice and didn't even inform her patients, so you're left having to wait months to see her at her new practice and in the meantime she'll refuse to fill your prescriptions while you wait to get in, even though it was her fault. She can't remember and apparently doesn't keep records of anything you tell her so it's like starting from scratch each time you come in. I don't know how she made it through med school, but she is incapable of doing her job.

Dr. Blanca E. Fernandez-Kline, MD, has prescribed my husband ADHD medication without properly diagnosing him for ADHD. She has not asked him to provide her a diagnosis from a Psychiatrist. She is internal medicine and she is not suppose to prescribe Adderall without a proper evaluation. Now my husband is highly addicted to it. he takes more than he is suppose to take. She is in internal medicine and is not allow to prescribe this medicine without the proper evaluation. Unethical.

Love love love Dr. Fernandez. She delivers excellent medical service and is courtous to patients needs.
