Dr Ha had no bedside manner, she was extremely rough inserting the needle. I was in terrible pain and she didn't seem to care. Never said a word, did what she had to do and left. Her assistant Lidia was wonderful, she took better care of me. I will never recommend that doctor.

On Thursday, January 4th, 2024, Dr. performed a root canal on a tooth that's been bothering me for a long time. She was informative, thorough, and gentle. After the sedative wore off, I had no discomfort whatsoever. I recommend her professional performance without reservation. Thank you!

Sachem Dental Group in Lake Ronkonkama, January 16. Had to wait to see Dr. Ha 1.5 weeks, Had Root Canal with Dr. Ha, not happy. Today is Sunday January 22, in Pain still all Dr. Ha prescibes is Generic Motrin 800 Mgs, no pain pills ie: Vocodin Tylenol with Coedine, I asked 3 times Have had narcotic pills in past from this type of Procedure, Never got hooked. Very Disappointed in procedure If I didn't have to go back for post with Dr. Gentile I wouldn't go back

Unfortunately Ive had lots of issues with my teeth. Dr.Bo Ha and her staff gave me a new lease on the future of my teeth.Ive had 3 root canals with Dr.Bo Ha. Shes all business ! Efficient and caring....and luckily experienced no pain the next day. Dr.Bo Ha to me is a master at her craft ! Thank you !!! Sincerely Frank Grillo

Dr.Ha did a great job. I did not find her to be rude at all. She is very efficient, 2 root canals in 30 minutes. It was almost pleasant. Don't mistake her demeanor, I found her to be focused. She explained what was going on, did what she had to to help me. She works very neatly as well. I didn't even need pain medication after the procedure or the next day. Would recommend her, her assistant was great too.

I had terrible pain and one of my friend recommend to go to her. She was very efficient and very confident. Explained detail before procedure. She was shaking my cheek while she gave me injection otherwise she was not shaking at all. Over all very satisfied!!! Recommended to my friends also.

Few days ago, I had root canal treatment by Dr . Bo Ha. I had very bad toothache and visit her office. She took me right away to relieve my pain even her schedule was very busy. She was very kind and gentle. It was very pleasant and her staff was very nice too.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Bo Ha two days ago. She was pleasant, not rude. She was very professional. Her hands did not shake. She was efficient. No complaints here.

Dr Ha is very shaky I guess due to a medical condition. She did a root canal and about a week or two later I had to have the tooth removed due to a failed root canal. I was not happy.

Her hand is shakey and her head shakes also and the worst is her rudeness and attitude. Most uncaring and abrupt dr I've ever been to. If you care about saving your tooth do not have her do your root canal
