It is important to be able to trust and feel that you are being cared for as an individual, Dr Yoo does do that and my trust in my Doctor is primary and he has provided thattrust.

Dr Yoo is a good communicator, he tells you in a way that is easy to understand and doesn't use all of the medical terminology that I would not understand

This was the first time that I met Dr Yoo and I was very impressed by his concern for me and my treatment.He clearly explained my medical condition and the treatment. I have already recommended him to a family member.

Complete explanation of what is happening to my body in a way I can understand. Without making me feel like I was being talked down to or use all medical terminology that I wouldn't understand as I never studied medical terminology. I was very appreciative of the way I was spoken to and respected.
