Dr. Bob Kelly Felty, MD

I've been going to Dr. Felty for over 15 years. He and his staff are wonderful. This is a busy office, so sometimes I have to wait on hold for a minute or so. But it's worth the wait. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Felty is very kind and has a great bedside manner.

My dad has been going to Dr. Felty for a long time. Their front desk is very rude and unhelpful. I hope your not sick or need in with in a week because you wont see anyone for at least that long. He just recently had open heart surgery and needed a week follow up appointment and a refill on his rx. Of course it was over a week before they could seen him. Now after a major surgery like that I think that is a very important appointment and there is no need to put a patient off for over a week. My husband has also started seeing him (I don't know why) and has had nothing but problems and has been charged for simply going by to pick up a script. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. If you value your life and your family's don't try to make an appointment here you may die waiting.

I personally think Dr. Felty is probably a pretty good doctor, but his staff is absolutely horrid. The office manager seems to walk around all day with a chip on her shoulder and responds to conversations that no one else in the room hears. My older son just absolutely refuses to go back.

From making the appointment, to seeing the doctor, to having his staff follow up with me as needed, being a patient of Dr. Felty is a pleasant experience. They always make time to get me in to see him when I am ill. Dr. Felty spends plenty of time with me, and doesn't just try to "band-aid" the situation. He is always listening to me, and looking for the root cause of my illness. His nurses go above and beyond in their care as well. You will always feel important in this office!

Dr. Felty is the BEST! He has taken care of my family for years. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to research info if he is not sure about a diagnosis, and does not hesitate to refer his patients to a specialist if he feels it is needed. He has a great staff who go out of their way to make the patients feel at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I visited Dr. felty last week for what we thought was a mild flutter sensation in his chest. I am so glad my husband picked Dr. Felty and his staff. After we arrived we were taken back and looked after. Very quickly I realized there was much more wrong. I would like to thank all of his staff who kept me calm as my husband was sent to the hospital . We have never been in a ambulance. We follow up with dr felty this week and will be treated for afrial fibrilation for the rest of his life.

Dr. felty has been my doctor since 2008. He diagnosed and life threatening condition another dr. missed (badly). Dr. Felty had me in emergency surgery within 2 hours and he and the surgeon kept me alive. I see DR. Felty regularly now. He and his staff are the greatest. Very compassionate, offering hope, help, and comfort with ever visit. I can give no higher recommendation to any doctor than Dr. Felty. One visit and you will without doubt agree. Thank God for Dr Felty and his staff of professionals

I recently scheduled an appontment with Dr. Felty. I was a new patient, as I recently moved to the community. I was amazed as to how nice and concerned the staff were inregards to my illness. dr. Felty was a pleasant man and I will return with my husband and children as patients. Thank you !
