Dr. Robert Joseph Gorrell JR., MD

I would certainly recommend this physician to everyone. He is caring, compassionate, and empathetic. He listens to what you have to say and involves you in your medical care. He explains things in words you understand. He is always available to answer any questions you have.

The day I nearly died, was the day he preformed surgery on me. I had a staph infection that he never told me about. My primary doctor told me to find another surgery and hospital fast. To stay away from this guy!

I was quite surprised to be in need of an appendectomy in August, but Dr. Gorrell was so calm and friendly about it that it put me at ease. He checked in on me in a timely manner at the hospital after the surgery, and I had virtually no waiting time in his office for my post op visit. I even phoned with a question about the dressing on my incision and he spoke to me right away. Wonderful bedside manner, and a great surgeon. Thanks!!

Just a very wonderful Doctor: always calm and slow when speaking to you - puts you at ease. You can ask anything, talk about anything - even his cute little dog too :)
