Today, I was seen in the Dr. Edward's office. The staff greeted me a smile. I was seen in a timely manner, and Dr. Edward's was great! She made me feel comfortable while having my procedure done. My mole removal went well, and I was very pleased with her work. Thank you Dr. Edwards!

I was very disappointed it was a waste of money and you will have to keep calling them for everything that you need to be done and half the time they don't call back including the doctor . she even charged me for calling me to give me my result which I should had received when I went in for my appointment but I wasn’t told my result wasn’t In until after I was there and was charged for the appointment . Please don’t waste your time and money .

I read the reviews and I was eager to be able to experience something similar, so that I might be able to finally address my hair loss and skin issues. Instead, I was never able to reach the office to successfully book an appointment. I called several times on three different days and no one in their office answers the phone. I even left a message, and no one ever got back to me. On the last day that I called, the phone picked up and hung up. When I called back, the prompt kicked in and just like the other times, no one picked up the phone. Finally, my boyfriend went up to the office to see about scheduling me an appointment. The receptionist was not very helpful at all. She told him that they did not accept my insurance, although I found them directly from my insurance companies in-network doctors, from their "find a doctor" portal. My boyfriend also called the office while there to ensure we had been calling the right number. The receptionist, along with the staff ignored all of the… phone calls without ever picking up the phone. I'm sure Dr. Edwards is a great doctor, it's just very difficult to get in touch with their office at all. I wonder how their current patients follow up with them? Extremely disappointed.

I went to Dr. Edwards for treatment of alopecia on my scalp. The first treatment didn't work but I decided to go back to her anyways and she gave me a different treatment that did!! I'm so happy my hair has grown back, thank you Dr. Edwards!!!

Yesterday was my first time seeing her. I was scare I would be sitting there for at least two hours before being called. Especially since I was a new patient. Hah, I got there at 2:00 p.m. and was leaving out by 3: 25 p.m. I was able to talk with feeling rushed, I felt confident she knows what she's talking about but she also gave thought to the other patients still waiting to see her. She is great!!!!!

The front desk make you pay before seeing the doctor and you will wait 30 mins or more with an scheduled appt.I don't like that. Overall everything else is ok. Nothing to brag about.

Terrible. I had a D P N removal. I had three small pimples. The Dr destroyed my face by doing the curettage. I have never had bad skin. I have scars and marks on my cheeks. I do not recommend her at all. The wait time is too long and the staff are rude. I wish I had never went there. DO not go there.

I waited for hours to see Dr Edwards and she didn't show.
