Dr. Bobby G Jones JR., DO

Dr. Jones was my doctor from 1999 approx. until 2016 when I moved to Alabama. He was my doctor in Magee, MS, when he moved to Seminary I drove to Seminary to see him. Then I moved to Laurel,MS I drove to Seminary to see him. Then I moved in 2016 to Alabama. I can't drive that far now, but I will never forget Dr. Bobby Jones or Emily, his nurse and the wonderful care they gave me. The staff is also a great group of compassionate people. Dr Bobby Jones is a wonderful, courteous doctor, that I feel upmost comfortable talking to, and discussing my problems. He has an amazing observation, and is very understanding. He did not make me feel any less of a person, and I would recommend him to everyone that I know.

Dr. Jones used to work out of the town I currently live in, He was moved to another town and I have to drive better than 30 minutes to see him. There are at least 10 doctors I could see that are in my immediate vicinity but I would rather drive to see him. It is easy to make an appointment, his staff is great, and he is knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Jones is the most compassionate doctor that my husband and I have ever been treated by. Some things cannot be taught, compassion is one of those. He is knowledgeable and will research your problem after your visit. he checks on his patients. He is quite rare these days.

I am so happy to have found Dr Jones, he is caring,spends time with patients and tries to find solutions to any problem that the patient is having. I had a previous Dr for over 15 years and would not have met Dr Jones except for moving to the area recently. I was afraid I would not be happy with another dr, but he has been a Godsend! I cannot say enough good things about him!

I recently moved to Hattiesburg, and after spending literally hours calling doctors who had no openings for new patients or would not accept any patients on Medicare, I was fortunate enough to find Dr Jones. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they were able to see me, and how courteous the staff treated me when I arrived at the office. He took alot of time to listen to all my medical history, and took the time to contact my previous doctor. I felt he went above and beyond and was very impressed with his knowledge. I have never been to a doctor who spent as much time with me! He was very understanding and patient and explained everything in terms that anyone could understand instead of using so much medical terminology. Overall, I was very impressed and thankful that I was able to find Dr Jones as a primary care doctor.
