June 2025 - Dr Sanders is absolutely one of the VERY BEST medical doctors I have ever received critical care from! This doctor is extremely up to date, knowledgeable and articulate in the latest medical care procedures, practices, applications, and very latest medications. Sanders is a very compassionate doctor who cares fully for his patients and works aggressively to ensure the best possible patient health outcome! Also - if you need a certain type of clinical specialty in your case he will advise and build your med portfolio to transition you to that doctor with a comprehensive professional hand off. If you are interested in having your medical condition attended to by a truly outstanding doctor then please do yourself a favor and be seen, evaluated, and treated by Doctor Sanders! Also as an FYI: His nurse practitioner and nursing staff at Flowers Hospital Wound Care and Hyperbaric Chamber in Dothan are all EXCELLENT!

Dr Sanders is actually a Dr I look forward to seeing. He has treated my diabetic foot ulcer in 2016 and 2018-2019. His compassion, bedside manner, and uplifting vernacular proves he's a Godly man!! I always go into my appointments thinking the worst, but by the time I leave, I feel so much better and have so much HOPE!!! And he's a REALIStT too. He instructs you on the latest guidelines, but explains his knowledge of real life situations that may hinder you, and has soooooo much sympathy. And he doesn't just treat your wound. He explains the pathophysiology of it, nutrition, exercise, and Diet!!! Dr Sanders ALWAYS reviews his plan of care, makes sure I understand his teachings!!! No matter what bad mood I come in with, by the time my appointment is finished , I leave hopeful and motivated!! Thank God for Dr Sanders and his wonderful staff!!

I found him to be caring and concerned about my care. He ordered appropriate testing and has given good follow up care. The nursing staff was wonderful and the office staff was efficient and professional.

My only disappointment is that I waited close to 1 hour before being called back. Clearly more people than me had an appointment at the same time.
