He was very caring and professional

The ER doctor wanted me to follow-up with a GI doctor due to stomach pains I was experiencing at that time. I went to Dr Cristescu because he was the only doctor that had any openings available. The appointment was scheduled after two weeks from the initial ER incident, whereby I no longer was experiencing stomach pains. My total wait time was 50 minutes followed by a 5-minute quick consultation with an unsympathetic and dismissive doctor who seemed to care more about pushing a series of procedures than to offer other viable alternatives especially for a patient who has shown signs of improvement. I find it hard to trust a doctor who doesn’t listen and is dismissive of a patient.

I went to Dr Cristescu because he was the only GI doctor that had any openings to see me in a reasonable timeframe(ER doc wanted me to follow-up in 2 days) due to my condition. They ran several tests on me and each time it took them 4 to 6 days to call me with the results and let me know what the next steps were. I am still waiting for them to get back to me to discuss a blood test that was done 6 days ago. They need to improve their follow-up procedures.
