Dr. Bogna Malgorzata Nowak

I had to change dermatologists because of insurance. I am a pharmacist so both professionally & personally I have had a lot of experience with doctors in multiple specialties. I was very impressed with Dr. Nowak. This was my first visit. Her exam & the questions she asked was the most thorough & complete I have experienced among several dermatologists over the years. This is a large practice with several doctors, however I experienced a very personal & conscientious attitude & did not feel I was being rushed through the system. Ron Sherman, RPh

VERY THOROUGH, PLEASANT AND PROFESSIIONAL

Bogna Novak is extremely rude and condescending. She is incompetent. She doesn't read her charts and doesn't remember from one visit to the next what she prescribed. She talks over you and doesn't listen. She was lecturing me and I walked out!

She very honest and cares about her patients

I see this doctor at least twice a year due to prior skin cancer issues. While the staff is good about biopsy results follow-up, their other follow-up is lacking. For example, at the time of my biopsy a skin scraping was taken ( for a separate issue from the biopsy ) for testing to determine how to treat a skin rash. Four weeks later I'm still waiting for results of that test. Moreover, I've been calling the office for two days to have someone call me back to provide the results. Reception says they are leaving messages for Dr. Nowak's assistants but so far no call backs. Maybe they have staffing issues but that isn't something I control.

I would not recommend this doctor or facility. I have been there twice and each time my wait times from the time of sign in were 30 minutes in duration and had to ask if I was missed on the sign in list. I had biopsy samples taken on my first visit and had a call from the office telling me that they were analized and what they were. On my second follow up visit I was seen by an assistant who removed stiches from my biopsy and that is all that was done, Dr Nowak never came in the room to discuss my results and I was told that I was done

I sent my son for a check up with her. She had no idea why we were there even thought the office called and said we should follow up specifically with her. She lectured my 8 year-old son on bullies and what it is to be a bully. Mind you neither my son or I even knew this woman. She was very strange and I did not like the way she spoke to my son.
