Dr. Halibey is a Doctor that Cancer Patients need in my opinion. Not only he is a good Diagnosing he is in no rush and Patients have to have patience because he will take the same time with you!! I have a Good Sense of Humor, so does he and Having cancer laughter, humor go hand and hand. I want to see him knowing I will smile. Best Medicine! I hope this helps with Patients who understand what I am saying.

He is not current, he makes rude comments.. for example when asked how do I know if the cancer wont come back? he said.. when you die of a heart attack. If you are under his care, don't tell him you researched on the internet, he gets highly offended. There aren't many oncologists in Sussex county NJ, therefore he and his office treat people badly,, they are they only show in town, so they can.
