Dr. Bojidar Bojidarov Dolaptchiev, MD

While recovering from surgery in 2015, one Dr. Dolaptchiev did briefly visit me. Iâ??m sure he is a good doc but his services were not requested and he provided absolutely no medical care and I received an invoice for $360.00. Dr. Dolaptchiev stopped by for a minute or two to chat casually with me but there were no medical services provided and certainly none requested. Not only was his visit unnecessary and unrequested, but it turns out that he was not in our insurance network. This brief chat lasted less than 3 minutes and included no medical services. The charge of $360.00 is a total scam and fraud. This incident is most likely not his fault but that of his employer: Marathon Inpatient Care. Please be sure to inform your primary care physician, attending physician and surgeon that you absolutely decline all services from Marathon Inpatient Care Thank you for your consideration.

Best to avoid since communication skills and bedside manner are lacking. Didn't receive medical training in US and it shows.
