Dr. Bonnie Hopper Armour, MD

The office has a system where they don't answer your calls and call you back. I called on Monday, twice on Tuesday, and once on Wednesday and finally got a call back where the nurse was rude, condescending, and blamed me for why they had not filled the prescriptions successfully. I've switched doctors and will not be coming back. Dr. Armour herself is OK, but takes an inordinately long time with patients. If you make an appointment for 9am, prepare to be there until lunch. If you make an appointment in the afternoon, you will be there till closing. Not recommended.

Tried to get an appointment for my disabled daughter. Receptionist told me Dr. Armour did not see people with a disability. No reason given. Just doesn't want to. If you're having trouble with depression or a million other things classified as a disability, don't even go there. Thanks.

Tried to get appointment for friend with depression ...was told on 15th by front desk ask would have to asked the dr,.....managed to reach front desk on 21th was told she is thinking about it...Really thinking for week. If she did not want the patient ..why not tell me? Front said she would call back ..of course she did not...I knew bonnie back in 1999..she was a good person and good Dr.....But People they do Change...Very Sad

Dr. Armour has been my physician for about 15 years and also helped me steer my elderly parents to great specialists for their several emergencies over that time. Don't expect an easy ride with her; she is direct. But isn't that what you want in a personal physician? Getting an appointment is usually very easy. I agree there are some long waits once there. But I consider it worth it. Has called me in evenings several times over the years to follow up. I consider her the best of the best and couldn't imagine navigating the medical metropolis out there today with anyone but her. Hope she is in practice many more years.

Dr. Armour wastes a lot of my time when I come to her office. I am particularly unhappy with listening to idle chit chat and laughter while I continue to sit in the waiting room and/or exam room. My typical time from arrival to departure is 2-1/2 hours, only 5-10 of which is with the Dr.

I have been an patient of Dr. Armour for greater than 20 years. She also cares for several of my family members. She is an excellent and caring physician. The office and nursing staff who work with her are very professional. I would strongly recommend Dr. Armour.

Dr. Armour has been my physician since 1996. Obviously, I trust her with my health and give her my highest recommendations. She is matter-of-fact in diagnosis and treatment while at the same time being very personable. She always keeps a competent and friendly staff and Ive never had to wait very long to see her when Ive had an appointment. My hope is that she continues to practice medicine for many years to come. It would be difficult to find another doctor like her.

I started seeing Dr. Armour about 4 years ago at the suggestion of my niece. I have multiple medical problems and see several specialists. I needed a good primary care physician to keep up with and coordinate my medical care. One by one, almost everybody in my extended family has seen the terrific care I get with Dr. Armour and has moved to her as their primary care physician. I am marking ease of getting an appointment as excellent because when I call, really sick, she always works me in.
