Dr. Bonnie Marie Arroyo

Dr. Arroyo provides outstanding dental surgical services, including but not limited to full and in-depth diagnostic care, pre-surgical preparation and outstanding surgical services. She maintains the highest standards in terms of infection prevention and control. Dr. Arroyo called me in the evening after my surgery to check that I was in good status. I appreciated her concern very much, and I was in very good health status throughout my post-surgery period. This was the second time that Dr. Arroyo provided in dental surgery service; the first time was five years ago. She provided the highest quality service five years ago, and she has done the same now. She also leads a terrific team of staff who are thorough, respectful and put patients as their top priority!

My first experience was when I brought my daughter for a consult for wisdom teeth. Dr.Arroyo was kind, patient and very nuturing. My daughter felt so comfortable with Dr.Arroy that she actually drove herself back for the post opp without me. I then had to bring my son for a wisdom tooth that was bothering him and she ended up extracting the tooth at our consult because it was bothering him so much. She was wonderful with both my kids, I referred her to several people who also have gone to her and all have had the same wonderful experience.

I had a bad tooth that needed to be removed asap and this doctor immediately set me up for an appointment to have it removed.Dr Arroyo as wekk as Jennifer her assistant were very professional, caring, and humble. Dr Arroyo listened to me and explained everything to me before the extraction which was successful without hardly any bleeding or pain. The staff is also friendly ,caring, professional and organized. I was not afraid when I was under her care. I wish this oral surgeon could give classes to dentists on customer service. I would highly recommend this great oral surgeon. I had the BEST dental experience in my life. Dr. Arroyo deserves 5 stars!!
