Dr. Bonnie Kingman Cheng, MD

Dr. Cheng has been my GI doc for many years. I trust her and can wholeheartedly rely on her to help me w/any GI related issues. She is the type of physician who will exhaust all means of finding you an answer and will not just casually discard your concerns. She listens, explains and follows up. She is professional and caring. I’ve seen other GI doctors in her office and external and none can match her. I’m fortunate to have found a physician who is skilled and thankful, for her service.

The office personnel and Dr. Cheng were very nice. They took time to listen to concerns and answered all my questions concerning my procedure. They calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable and at peace. I would highly recommend them..

Would not recommend her at all. She was in the room for maybe 90 seconds over 3 follow-up visits combined. Very dismissive of any concerns voiced and seemed completely disinterested every time. I am a health care provider myself and I spend a large portion of time on patient education and LISTENING to the patient daily. I had a study done and another MD in the practice who I never saw or met called to give me the results. I spoke to him more than I did her in 3 visits. He was pleasant, listened and answered questions without being condescending. Something I can’t say for her.

She was very nice and explained everything. Also her staff was great..

I really love Dr. Cheng. She listens to all my problems she tries everything to try to solve them. When I call her she returns my call immediately She has a great personality. I always refer her to my friends and family who are in need of a GI Doctor.

My chronic stomach and hernia pain is now under control.

Dr. Cheng is very professional, extremely competent and caring. She listens, answers questions and explains things to her patients. She returns phone calls and talks to patients about their concerns. I most highly recommend her for her medical skill and supportive care.

She is a wonderful doctor! Verrrrrrry thorough and actually calls you with blood work results and talks to you like a person!!!! I tell any one needing a gastroenterologist to see her ALWAYS!!!! Thank you!!
