Dr. Bonnie E Colville, DO

I had a car accident and injured my shoulder. She only opted for x-rays and said that it was probably from tensing up my body when the crash happened and that was why I'm experiencing pain. I've been going to physical therapy, and made a little bit of progress only to be set back because doctor Colville re-traumatized the injury. Now I'm in more pain than before and she still thinks that an MRI is not necessary but only ordered one because the physical therapist thinks I should have had one to rule out rotator cuff damage. She refuses to sign the disability insurance form for me because she thinks I can go back to work. I can barely use the arm with the busted up shoulder. Once my case with this accident is completed I am getting a new doctor

Did not follow up with patient even when conditioned worsened significantly forcing patient to seek care elsewhere. Support staff (her primary nurse) were equally negligent. Would not recommend this physician as you will be made to feel like a burden as a patient.
