Dr. Bonnie Lynn Crickman, MD

I moved to the area a little over a year ago. Within a short time after moving here I developed a cough, cough turned into pneumonia. To make a long story short in the height of the pandemic I had pneumonia 3 times, bronchitis 1 time. I finally decided I needed to establish a primary care doctor. I made an appointment with Doctor Crickman, arrived at the office. Went through the usual questions with the nurse. I want to say that I was literally wheezing in the chair . Dr. Crickman came in and smothered me with platitudes like oh honey etc but never once listened to my chest. She said that at my age I need a mammogram and colonoscopy. She also ordered a CT scan and referred me to a lung doctor, all the while never actually examining me. I explained that I was almost out of the rescue inhaler I had, and was supplementing with the OTC primatene mist. She said not to mix those. That was it.. appointment over. I left .. paid at the counter and sat in the car and cried. I am a self pay… patient, and I paid for absolutely nothing. Needless to say by the end of the week I was in the ER, and was diagnosed with pneumonia. The hospital prescribed me a nebulizer and I had to literally beg Dr. Crickman to refill the nebulizer treatments. I wouldn't trust this woman to care for my goldfish. It is truly sad that she continues to treat patients without listening to them. Also, calling the office to express your concerns is met with no response. Prior to making this comment, I called and was informed that Leah would return my call. Today it's been 3 weeks and no one from RSF has called.

I came to doctor crickman from urgent care, they set the appointment with her. I have numerous severe symptoms but the only one she was even remotely interested in was the hives and repetitively asked if I had joint pain... I kept telling her the only pain I have is where the hives are.. even after all this she insisted that it might be something along the lines of rheumatoid arthritis..... no it’s not. I only have pain when I break out in hives. How about the headaches every morning, the irritability, the extreme nausea, the fatigue, cloudiness, the fact that these symptoms come for about 3 months and then disappear for around 8 months before returning. My diet hasnt changed, I don’t have an allergen. The last time it happened I was working from home. If I hadn’t said I just wanted to be able to work again without pain and all these other things, she was under the assumption that I was trying to get pain pills from here. No I want a diagnosis that’s causing all this and fix that not… just treat the symptoms. She also told me repetitively to quit smoking and to see a dentist... I’m sorry but I’m not here to see you about my lungs or my teeth. No I will not quit smoking and who are you? A part time dentist? Extremely rude, does not care about patients. Just wants to pass me around so everyone can collect their check off of me instead of actually giving me a good quality of life. I told her that I am alive and breathing but I’m not living. I can’t do day to day things, I force myself to go to work, an other than that, I might as well be paralyzed. It’s getting harder and harder everyday to not prefer death than to keep getting screwed over by “doctors” who “care” about their patients
