Bonnie Levin, DO

Bonnie Levin may have a full waiting room and you are detained longer than you would like, but she is the greatest Family Doc you could want in Cherry Hill, NJ. When I was very sick with Hypertension and Bronchitis, she called me every day, at home, to see how I was feeling. I would say that "is special".. When in her office, she took all the time needed to examine me and talk to me. She does what other Docs don't do, such as feel your belly for abnormalities, etc. She earns an A+ from me!!!!

after a year of waiting for 90 -120 minutes after appt. times, I gave up. Yes that's the normal wait time for anything! Claims it's because she gives you all the time you need, caring, etc. Last visit, she spent 2 minutes with me, didn't really listen, gave me wrong meds. Office staff NEVER return phone messages. have to call 10x to get them to answer and 50% of the time, not then. constant rushing around, totally disorganized, trying to figure what to do next. and to top it off, after I left message saying how displeased I was not being able to get through or get a return to several message for 3 days when I was seriously ill, Levin herself, then her staff called and HARASSED me! TWO DAYS LATER I might add. That's apparently when they finally checked the messages!!

if you want to wait 2 hours after your scheduled appt. time, go here. yes that's the usual wait time. 5 visits over 1 & 1/2 years and never less than 90 minutes wait. totally disorganized; run around like a bunch of wild squirrels on meth. last visit, 2 & 1/2 hour wait, than spent less than 2 minutes with me, didn't listen, gave me wrong meds. GOING ELSEWHERE!!

Dr. Levin is great. She talks fast and tries to cover everything from head to toe. Her waiting room waits can be a little long due to this, but if you want a great doctor who knows her stuff she is who to go to. I finally changed doctors because after following her around from place to place for 6 years, my records were left behind with a doctor I didn't care for and no one would give me her new location.

I have been a patient for quite some time and always shave difficulty trying to make an appointment and when I finally get one, I sit in the waiting room for over an hour.. This last visit was close to 4 hours waiting period..Although Doctor Levin is very nice and attentive, she is certainly taking on more then she can chew..

At least fifteen docters told me that my medical problems where in my head. She listened and sent me to the correct speacialist to fix my medical problems.
