I wish there was a .25 star, because that is all this doctor and her staff deserves. They are totally uncaring and unresponsive. My son's blood pressure was very high at the beginning of the visit (I had to ask the "nurse" what the numbers were as she did not offer the information to me, the concerned mother) - they were not even going to re-check his blood pressure if I had not asked! We were obviously very concerned, and when the mumbling, rude and uncaring nurse (?) retook his blood pressure at the end of the visit, all she mumbled was "ya. it's lower." Again, I had to ASK what his blood pressure was! The doctor literally does not give a hoot about her patients, and the only reason she gets a start is because she diagnosed my son's condition. She had increased his medication 2 weeks before the appointment, and read his labs and was about to raise it yet again, having not recalled she had already increased it! Absolutely deplorable. She has seen him multiple times,… automatically assumes that he does not exercise and only eats junk food. This young man is an athlete and works out two times a day - which she should know by NOW!!! And he was even WEARING his high school football t-shirt at the last appointment. So sad, as no one in that office has ever given us the feeling that they actually care about my son's well being - emotionally, physically and socially. I feel there was a very strong vibe of judgement in that examination room. I have called twice and messaged twice with questions re: the last appointment and no one has responded to me and it has been weeks. I asked if they had transferred his medical record to our NEW doctor and they lied and said yes, but it has not happened yet. Maybe if someone sees this review, they will respond to me?
