Dr. Bonnie Lin, DPM

First, if I could put zero stars I would. My husband‘s been coming here for years, but just for a diabetic foot check so I thought with the pain and issue I was having let me see what this Dr. can do for me. After multiple painful visits Dr. Lin was at a loss of what to do. The second time she did a procedure was when I said, can you please cut the skin? It really hurts. She didn’t do that. She cut my nail up some more and didn’t wait for me to be numb! I told her I feel like I’m in a Saw movie! That day, I cried so hard on my way home as if someone died. I was in so much excruciating pain! And the numbing did not cover that. I later learned you’re supposed to also numb the bottom of the big toe and she never did both times! She didn’t numb where all the nerves are in the toe. When I took the bandage off the next day, I noticed she didn’t clean up the area I mentioned. So when I called and went in, she said oh I was cleaning up the Nail I missed. I forgot to do that part. Keywords… she missed, but he still charged me for everything even though it was her mistake. And on my last visit because I decided not to go anymore to her, she was at a loss of what to do. She had no clue, no idea and she told me that my toe will hurt because I had dry cuticle and to brush my toenail with a toothbrush. She also asked if I had anyone with red hair in my family. Because people with red hair are more sensitive to pain. Seriously ! I drink 23 cups of water a day and no red hair! I’m not dehydrated. And then she’s charging me for all these mistakes and not even honoring a postop visit! At different times, I asked the builder the front office person about the visit. It’s being postop her telling me yes and then sending me a bill. She has no idea what calendar and business days mean either. I went to another podiatrist he knew within seconds what was wrong and it was called ingrown toenail at the beginning of the nail bed. He took care of my problem I’m healed! Mind you I am having to pay him also so now I’m paying double doctors. So her being a foot doctor how did she not know how to take care of an ingrown toenail?! That to me is one of the most common diagnosis people get. The other podiatrist told me he deals with 10 of these procedures a day, even on children. I with all of my heart Do not recommend this doctor because again she was clueless on what to do and caused me horrific pain and suffering! I could upload photos, but I don’t want anyone to feel disgusted because they are not pleasant to look at, but if people request them, I’ll be more than happy to.

Great DR. explains very well .Nice staff took care of me like I was family highly recommend.
