Dr. Bonnie Randolph

I have never experienced such a horrible doctor. I came in was having low hcg blood draws. I called on the 9th to say symptoms have started again. No call back. I went in on the 12th to do another hcg test. I got there early and even called in the afternoon to see if my results were in. I was told there was no messages. My symptoms were worse so I went to the ER, where all my questions were anwsered. It is 2 days later and still no call back. How horrible to leave a patient like that and all you had to do was call and tell me what was going on. I will never go back to this facility again. It is worth the extra drive to see someone who actually cares and can return a call.

Dr. Randolph was heaven sent! She recognized a serious problem during labor after I had been sent home by a different hospital. She calmed me and handled the situation like a true pro! My baby and I have gone to her ever since. I had a miscarriage sometime later and she personally called to speak with me and check in, not a nurse, but she herself took the time. She is wonderful, knowledgeable, and I'm grateful to have found her!
