I had to wait a bit but It was a positive experience.

This is the second time I have had an appointment here. Both times the doctor was late getting in and delayed all of the appointments, including mine.

No one is worth 2.5 hours in an old musty waiting room.

Impossible to get through on phone. Near impossible to get an appointment. She is there only on Tuesday nights; the wait to be seen is 2 hours or more. No electronics in office - check or cash only. Not enough staffing--.one receptionist to handle everything.

Had an endoscopy and when I awoke, she wrote me a script for an ultra sound. Once I had the ultrasound done, I called the office twice for the results and was advised the doctor was "not in the office" and would call back...she never returned my calls. By the way, the receptionist on my second call said "not that you want to hear from me but I don't see anything wrong from your reports". You're right, you're not a doctor, I want to hear from her! Would never go back to her and wouldn't recommend her.

I had to follow-up with the office several times after my endoscopy before I was provided results.... All 3 times I had appointments with the doctor, I waited over 45 min to see her. One appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm and she finally took me at 4:45. If you are running that far behind give your patients a call so they don't have to leave work.... I will not go back to her.

Very sympathetic, but direct when needed.
