Dr. Bonnie Beryl Sidler, MD

Dr. Sidler is an excellent doctor. However her receptionist never answers the phone and takes her time returning calls. Occasionally she is rude. I don’t understand why Dr. Sidler tolerates this.

Dr and PA just fine/ patty the receptionist, a liar and a major bad attitude. Walked out, never going back. too lazy to do her job...

after working for 6 minutes getting thru the atrocious phone tree, followed by another 2 minutes being transferred I discoverde that Dr Sidler does NOT see patients for Diabetes!

I feel that I'm in good hands with Dr Sidler when I'm in the office talking with her, although I do agree with the previous reviewer that her style is to speak very fast and if you're not paying strict attention and committing everything she's saying to memory you're likely to forget the instructions you've been given shortly after you leave the office. That said, she's thorough, precise, and clearly an expert in her field.The automated system you have to use to contact anyone in the office is very frustrating, and it has at times taken 3-4 days for someone to get back to me once I've left my message.

Dr. Sidler is great, she listens to you and then she takes her time with you answering all your questions and concerns. I really like her, she makes you feel very comfortable.

Bonnie Sidler carries a heavy workload but answered any questions I asked. She consistently reviewed my records before seeing me and had a plan for how to proceed. When test results came in, she called me 5 tiems before reaching me (showing her persistence adn professionalism). The area for improvement is in giving written instructions. She is intelligent and quick, so when she gives steps to folow, it sounds simple but it may be hard to remember unless written down. I have to write it down immediately after teh appointment (example: take medicine xyz 1x/day for 2 weeks, stop taking supplement a or b, but after 2 weeks take b again, increasing the dose by 50% but don't take a).
