Awful place. He rushes you and spends like 5 minutes with you. I have small fiber neuropathy now because of this office. They gave me 2 steroid injections that day in April for my carpel tunnel. I had bad symptoms 4 days after those steroids. Then when I went to another nerve doctor in Princeton they knew my numbness and pain wasn’t coming from my back like Dr. Chen said when I asked him in July 3 months after my injections why my legs and feet are in pain and are numb. My doctor in Princeton who I got a second opinion sent me to a neurologist who said I have small fiber neuropathy. All 3 doctors deny steroids did this to me. I asked a doctor online and he said yes steroids can cause neuropathy. I had numbness and pain 4 days after my steroid shots from Dr. Chen’s office. Of course it was the steroids. Stay away from this doctor. I wish my PCP didn’t recommend me Dr. Chen. He didn’t even do my injections back in April some other man did them. Who knows if he was even a doctor maybe he… was a resident who injected my arm with steroids. I am upset.

Does not know enough about face/neck neuromuscular issues, like they claimed when I called in advance..maybe to get me in the office. Relies on residents to diagnose you. Umm..I made an appointment with the doctor, not these residents who knew nothing about what I was talking about. Then he comes in, barely spent any time, and made an incorrect diagnosis which scared me..left me in tears. Thank goodness he wasn't correct. How can you do this to a patient? No warmth at all! Do not go here. There are plenty of other pain management places and other types of doctors/facilities to go to. It's amazing how awful this experience was.

I was about to go surgery due L5-S1 disk herniation, pain was unbearable, no sleep. first I got epidural to temporarily relieve pain. Luckily I got treatment here and my Pain is relieved with physical therapy. It’s been more than a year I got treatment and still running strong. Definitely recommend Dr. Chen’s clinic anytime for getting back control of your body.

A female doctor asked me about my conditions. And then Dr. Chen showed up for two minutes, mostly to teacher the female doctor. I guess she was resident, not a doctor yet. I don't feel like I was a patient there more like a teaching example.

I have been having back problem for quite a while. Since Lisa became my massage therapist, my back improved a lot. Not only she did a good job on me, but she taught me many things in how to heal by myself. She gave me a lot of confidence.

Staff are very good. Lisa is especially good in massage.

they do great job. Everybody is very nice and polite. My husband had a lot left elbow pain and received an injection from Dr. Chen with 90% pain relive. He is very happy

Dr. Chen and his staff have been a godsend to me. Very easy to schedule an appointment and staff is very caring...therapists are top notch!
