Dr Chulpayev is an amazing physician! Very knowledgeable, caring and super professional! He went above and beyond for me! Just amazing!

I agree with the negative comments. I was in the emergency room May 3rd and this guy is rude, insulting and unprofessional! White Plains Hospital should not be associated with this guy. He told me my symptoms were permanent and I would never get better. It is now 2 1/2 months later and I have made a full recovery.

Dr. Chulpayev is a disappointment to the medical profession. To say that he is uneducated in his field is an understatement. He is rude, condescending, and pompous. DO NOT GO TO THIS SO CALLED NEUROLOGIST UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE FEELING WORSE THAN WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

I've seen several Neurologists over the years and haven't found a doctor who was able to handle my particular diagnosis. From my first visit with Dr. Chulpayev I finally felt confident that my doctor knew what he was doing. I am extremely comfortable with him and highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Boris Chulpayev is an excellent as a neurologist and a very nice as a person. He is a very caring and always spends as much time as needed. He helped me tremendously, I feel now much better. He made the right diagnosis and gave me good treatment.
