This dentist does not care about patients. Ruined my tooth while drilling tooth next to it. Denied wrongdoing. Very unprofessional.

Went to this office because they took my insurance. Big mistake! First they gave me the wrong appointment time- when I showed up I sat there for an hour! Once I was brought back to the dental room the staff was so rude. The doctor did not even know what I was there for. Besides he spent so much time trying to figure out how to work the computer and find his tools than talking to me about my teeth. Definitely it going back.

He is ok but just felt his personality was a bit ‘different’. Seemed like he was unsure of himself when trying to explain treatment. However the staff seemed very eager to collect my money and start a payment plan.

After spending $16000 I still can not eat and smile!! His staff told me that there were ‘unforeseen problems’ and I need to pay another $5000 for the doctor to fix it!! I look like a horse with the teeth these crooks made me!!

Staff very aggressive trying to ‘sell’ me dental work. Kept on saying that don’t worry that insurance will pay. Why would I want a root canal if I really don’t need it even though insurance will pay for it?.. poor bed side manners. I’m going elsewhere and learned my lesson of answering those advertisements.

Lacks bedside manners. No communication. Tried to tell him I could still feel him drilling but didn’t listen. I just touched it out and next time I’ll go another dentist. I regret bring suckered into calling his office for appointment when i saw ‘painless’ dentistry.

I went to this office to have a tooth removed, but by the time I left I found out that the dentist had problems removing it. Apparently he broke the tooth while attempting to take it out and could not remove the remaining pieces. so his office staff told me I had to see a surgeon. the worst part is that they still had the nerve to charge me $150 and I still had to see another dentist to fix his problem.

not the most professional office. staff was rude and the doctor had no communication skills. had to wait over 1/2 hour before the staff brought me to a room. then it was another 15 min before the doctor came in. seems like they overbook from what they can handle
