An awful doctor and his manager, Anna. Don't go there if you don't want to harm your health, and pay for the services in an amount above the market price. On October 17, I got a few beauty injections (fillers and Botox), after which I had massive bruises. I didn't feel and couldn't move my upper lip, and my forehead was still movable because the doctor “forgot” to make the injections in some parts of the forehead. I thought it was an allergic reaction, and when I was trying to find out which fillers they used - I noticed that they used more than 6 months of expired fillers and charged me more than $2k for this! When I came to their office for an explanation - they were rude and tried to convince me that everything was alright, how it was supposed to be (and I didn't feel and my upper lip wasn't movable), and the manager Anna told me that I was exaggerating things... She didn't say, “I'm sorry. How can we improve it?” They acted like they knew those fillers were expired but were still… trying to make money through dirty business. Now, I'm preparing the claim to the court.

This so called doctor should be investigated

I was surprised when called to scheduled an appointment and they had several availability. I made an appointment for the next day. Since I was a new patient I arrived 15min prior to my appointment so I could filled out the insurance forms. I could have arrived 1hr later since they made me wait for 1hr 35min. I checked with the reception several times and she just kept on watching the soap opera on TV and telling me soon. When I asked her how long was soon and how many people was in front of me, she just said she doesn't know and went back to watching tv. The doctor was fine, but the whole experience was not worth it. They asked me to come back for a blood test the next day and I asked why, they said I needed to have no food for 6hrs. I asked if that was standard and they told me yes so I asked why wasn't I informed when I made the appointment and got no reply. He might be a good doctor but I will not go thru this mess again.

The worst doctor ever. Waisted a lot of my father's time. Didn't help a bit. Was very rude on the phone with me and than hung up. When I he'd an emergency, he called back 8 hours later.

I am a pt of Doctor Itskovich and I think he is great at diagnostics, he gave me a complete picture of whats going on with me way before I have done any testings!Wow
