Dr. Boris Kaim, MD

Personally Dr.Kaim is excellent he explains everything to me. Orders test that he thinks are needed to see progress or to Dx. I would prefer to see him rather then the PA's. Carlos Fuentes is who I see usually. He is very polite and explains my concerns.

Dr. Kaim and his assistant Carlos Fuentes found the cause of my issue very quickly. In around six visits or less I was on my way to physical therapy to treat my issues. His staff is great also. This Doctor and assistant are very thorough. I highly recommend this doctor.

Recently stopped in after they called prior day to pickup papers ($75 credit card fee). Only one patient in wait area, was told to wait. After 35 mins, asked if I best to come back and finally she got up and got my papers. Really? They should discount their outrageous "form filling fee" for all my time. The long haired girl at the front (didn't get her name) just sat there! Not helping other patients, not getting call, just sat there. No apology, on the contrary, seemed annoyed.

He takes A LOT of time understanding and diagnosing patient's problems. He is kind and knowledgeable and will do as many tests as it takes and will schedule appointments very quickly if your medical issue worsens.

I always find the staff cooperative, helpful and welcoming. I enjoy my visits with Dr. Kaim because he is always professional. His knowledge in the neurological and psychological field has been beneficial to my ongoing treatment which has given me peace of mind. He always considers the human element regarding ongoing care and diagnosis. I trust him. He was able to diagnosis me when others diagnosed me wrong. My quality of life has improved under his care.

Refuses to refill prescriptions with Walgreens. Walgreens pharmacy allows you to drive up and pick up prescriptions. Those of us with ambulation and balance issues need to be able to drive up and pick up our prescriptions. He dumped me as a patient after I complained about not getting my prescriptions filled with Walgreens. I filed a BBB report and he and his little office manager dismissed me as a patient after seeing me for over 10 years.

He made not only me but my husband and daughter feel right at ease as soon as he came in the door. He explained everything that he wanted to do and needed to do, went way beyond any other doctor has before. He generally was upset that no one had looked further into my problems earlier.

Dr. Kaim is smart and knowledgeable. He took his time listening to me, reviewing my ailments and then suggested a course of action.

Best exam I have ever had. Most thorough screening for my issue.

I have been a patient of this location for about a year now and have never been seen by Dr. Kaim himself. I am always seen by his assistant and even then feel like I am not being listened to about my concerns. Instead of trying to find an alternate treatment for my epilepsy, I am simply told to increase my dosage of medication everytime I am seen for a follow up appointment. There is no genuine concern for patients as individuals and I would not recommend this Dr. or his assistant to anyone.
