Dr. Boris I Pilch, MD

Dr Pilch is the only physician I have seen since my injury in 1984 that not only correctly diagnosed my problem, but utilized other disciplines and referred me to more than one specialty to address my specific and unique problems. His bedside manner is not all that it could be, but despite this, because of the extraordinary lengths he was willing to go to for me and for members of my family, I know he is a physician that genuinely cares about his patients. It is interesting, that with a listed 1/5 rating for his practice, that during the time he was actively practicing before his heart attack, that he was in great demand. Additionally, despite his inordinately busy schedule, he made time to be present to provide spinal anesthetic to make possible the birth of my only child. In spite of all I went through at the hands of his colleagues, I will always be grateful to Dr. Pilch for doing his level best to provide me with a quality of life during a time of what im sure would have been a… great deal more suffering. I wish he were still my MD,
