If I could give a negative star I would. In March their NP used the wrong NPI code(from Florida) to order bloodwork which caused my insurance to deny the claim. I called the office several times to get this corrected and the Office manager was no help, even after I told them what they needed to do to correct it. I was able to get a Quest billing rep who was able to get the bill corrected. It took me 7 months and 14 phone calls to get this corrected!! I just had to call Quest again, because Dr Rosenfeld’s office made the same error in september! How many other patients did they do this to?!

Doctor not show up one practice doctor exam less than ten minutes charge me$1525.33 before do something let us know this much charge very bad they not do anything

Visits are scheduled at 15 minute intervals, yet the wait time is close to one hour before you are even seen- i was given a script for an antibiotic containing penicillin when it states in my chart that I am highly allergic to it- office personnel are abrupt and dismiss anything that has to do with paperwork- they can't be bothered with it- Totally unprofessional

There is no one better

Do not bother if you want someone to listen to you and doesnt just want $$$. Disrespectful PAs and when i said I want to see the Dr he tells me I HAVE to do things I'm uncomfortable with or they will terminate me as a patient and not give you blood pressure medication. Really? I just wanted my blood pressure meds because my last doc retired. Oh, and if I could only post what they billed my ins. Co. It's not ok!!

This is the third part of my review on my recent experience with this practice. Bottom line, had I followed PA Joseph Kaempf’s advice, instead of being home on Valentine’s Day night, celebrating our sixth anniversary of our engagement, my husband could have been making funeral arrangements! I won’t be going back to this practice! I’m changing doctors immediately. I interviewed Dr. Rosenfeld after my cardiologist recommended him. I liked him. That was the last time I saw him. I was pawned off on his PA! First thing a doctor or doctor wannabe should do is LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS! We know our bodies longer and better than you with all your training! ??
