Dr. Boris Sapohnikov

Thank goodness I am reading extremely similar reviews below to the one I'm about to write, I thought I was crazy or something. There is absolutely NOTHING that qualifies this individual to be a dentist except for the "Dr" title - that I would be willing to bet anything be somehow bribed, manipulated, or otherwise obtained illegally. I needed a root canal for a bad cavity and a subsequent crown put in. I didn't think I needed to go online and do extensive research for such a common procedure. Turns out, I should have. "Doctor"***** Boris did such an amazing job that I couldn't close my mouth, the crown fit so terribly my mouth was constantly bleeding. I then had to go to another dentist (a REAL dentist), who was stunned at how terrible the work of "Doctor"*** Boris was. I had to have this entire tooth and crown pulled and replaced with a dental implant. Thankfully when I went to a real dentist he did a good job and my toothaches are a thing of the past. Boris would have helped me much… more by ripping my tooth out. What he did could have cost me permanent gum disease, terrible mouth pain and bleeding, it was such a horrible experience that I felt the need to write a review about him. Something I never do. Folks, listen to what everyone is saying. I had absolutely no idea he already had a reputation as a crook and a thief, of course I wouldn't have thought for one second to go to him if I did. But PLEASE do not put yourself through the discomfort, pain, inconvenience, and not to mention the tremendous amount of money I lost to this sick and demented rat. I hope whoever is suing him in Court wins and his practice gets shut down so no more people will be hurt by this piece of garbage. I really am still just shocked that these kinds of people exist. Bottom line, this was the worst experience of my life and that is not an exaggeration.

For all those reading this, pay attention to the post below mine made by "John". He is 100% correct. Dr. Boris Sapozhnikov is engaging in extremely serious criminal activity. He has partnered with a woman who uses an alias "Faina Libova, DDS" to defraud low-income, elderly, immigrants in the Brighton Beach community. He's built himself quite the reputation as a clever fraud. For all those who were defrauded by Dr. Boris Sapozhnikov and a woman who identified herself as "Faina Libova", please be advised that there is criminal and civil action pending against Sapozhnikov Dental Care. Furthermore, once Boris' (we can drop the Dr. part, his license will be revoked any day now) criminal activity became abundantly clear, a private investigator was hired to uncover the true identity of "Faina Libova". Please be advised her true identity is most likely Mila Efremov OR Mila Efremova. Needless to say, she has never had any registered dental licenses and is operating out of Sapozhnikov Dental… Care (Registered Address: 2568 E 17th St 2nd fl, Brooklyn, NY 11235), 110% illegally. For all those who were defrauded, conned, robbed, stolen from, or otherwise tricked into giving Dr. Boris Sapozhnikov your hard earned money, I have good news for you. My criminal complaint against him, which will be finalized by Friday at the absolute latest, contains 5 separate felony allegations against Sapozhnikov Dental Care and 3 misdemeanor allegations. Once my criminal complaint is finalized, Sapozhnikov Dental Care will be received a Summons Notice that will contain a copy of my criminal complaint. The amount of money Sapozhnikov Dental Care is being sued for is not an amount that any of us reading this forum have ever dealt with. The bottom line is there will not need to be a review section on any website about Sapozhnikov Dental Care very shortly because once Dr. Boris Sapozhnikov's office is served with notice of civil action being taken against them, Sapozhnikov Dental Care will not exist any more. If you want to give your money away for nothing in return, give it to a homeless person, give it to underprivileged children, give it to charities that research serious diseases. Give it to your friends and families. Don't give it to a con artist who has become popular for his clever methods to defrauding 70, 80, 90 year old senior citizens living on welfare. Boris has made a living off relying on 90 year old women who can't speak English and can even barely walk, to not take the trouble of hiring a lawyer and not taking him to court. Inevitably Boris was going to run into the wrong senior citizen to defraud and he finally did. It's going to cost him everything he has and much, much more. Stay away from this guy. You don't want to involve yourself with someone who will have as much on his plate as Boris will in the next few weeks.

Visited him two month's ago. Fraud dentist. Avoid him and his fraudulent partner Faina Libova - my friends from russian community said many negative feedbacks about his cabinet and activity of Faina Libova.

i've been to his office more that 20 times every year, so over past 9 years he managed to ruin 9 teeth by poorly performing root canals, unsucessfully treating and retreating them multiple times. The worst part is that he does not disclose to his patient about his faulty job and does not refer them to specialists. This what it calls fraud. Avoid him at any cost.
