Dr. Borislav O Kheyson, MD

If you are a genuinely ill or infirm person, please STAY AWAY from this terrible office. My mother--a 60 year old cancer survivor with numerous chronic health issues--has repeatedly suffered from incompetence, negligence, and abusive behavior at the hands of Borislav Kheyson. In the very basic aspects of medical practice, he either intentionally or negligently failed. He messed up essential prescriptions that my mother needed. He failed to correctly fill out even the most basic paperwork that my father needed to take time off from work to take care of my sickly mother. He openly refused to diagnose my mother's sicknesses on multiple occasions, claiming it was "none of her business." On top of all this, all visits were accompanied by insufferable rudeness and completely unprofessional bedside manner. To finish off this terrible experience, Kheyson had the gall to terminate my mother as a patient for asking him to diagnose her concerning bloodwork results.

I have now seen both Dr. Olga and Dr. Borislav Kheyson. The office is immaculately clean! Both doctors are professional, easy to talk to, and take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand. Dr. Olga was my 5th gynecologist but the only one who really took my complaints seriously. Her treatment plan is not shoved down my throat without explanation. She gave me options and explained each one. We talked about pros and cons. She answered every question I had. Her presence is calming and sweet. She’s knowledgeable and caring. She understands what I’m describing and relates to my fears. She’s empathetic and shows it. One of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced! I’m incredibly grateful to her demeanor and character. Dr. Borislav is also amazing! My bp was through the roof while seeing his wife and he stopped in to check on me and I decided right then and there, based on his kind way of just checking, that I would switch to him. When I saw him for the first… time, he took the time to discuss all of my concerns and I, once again (must be a family trait) felt like I was being taken seriously! Another doctor with a great refreshing bedside manner and a kind and caring soul. He knows what he’s talking about. He is funny and kind and he actually cares. He doesn’t have a “because I said so” kind of attitude like many GP’s do. He explains why he is making his recommendations. He also explains why my way of thinking has flaws. I definitely don’t feel like I’m being talked down to when I’m with him. Then there’s the staff! Holy moly, they might be the greatest group of women I’ve ever met in any doctor’s office!! They treat everyone with respect and they are sooooo nice!! Not surprised that the nicest doctors I’ve ever had have the nicest staff of receptionists, nurses, medical assistants, everything! Even when I call, they’re so nice on the phone too. I mean really!! Always going above and beyond. I’m thrilled to have met them and thrilled to be part of their practice!! I hope I’ve found my doctors for life! The only thing that will make that change would be if they don’t take my insurance at any point. I will be eternally grateful for being treated like a human being who matters every time I’m there.
