Dr. Friedmann is a caring and dedicated professional. My family has gone to him for many years and has appreciated the top-notch care we have received. His staff is also proficient in what they do. I switched to dr Friedman after my other doctor I had retired. Out of The 5 visits I had there, only one went smoothly. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes just to tell me they don’t have any appointments when I was very sick. The receptionist told me to just go to an urgent care in a rude manner. When I have been able to get appointments, I wasn’t seen until 2 hours after my appointment time due to lack of staff, and that was even before there nurse practitioner left. My quickest time getting back to a room was 50 minutes. The doctor himself is a very friendly caring doctor; but unfortunately his staff members are rude and inconsiderate. Since I was told I couldn’t be seen and to just go to urgent care, I have switched doctors and will never be returning to dr Friedman’s.

My (positive and favorable) blood work results were communicated and explained to me in a very proficient manner. His support staff is excellent.

Dr. Friedmann will go out of his way to help his patients. He spends additional time in his office to go over labs with me (even if they were completely normal). He makes time to call me back, even if it's after hours. Instead of going home and enjoying himself, Dr. Friedmann is at his office. He is always available for me and other patients!! The staff are friendly. The short lady is very nice and always helpful. It's a great practice to be at.
