Excellent on all areas

an extremely good primary care doctor who has taken an interest in my continuing health.

I have been with Dr. Gaspard for many years and now all see Sonnie Green, his PA...I am seen promptly, diagnosed correctly and am more than satisfied...the volume of patients to see him is greater because he is so "on spot"...I don't expect him to "visit" with me.

I've seen Dr Gaspard as my main doctor of the last several years and he has been very courteous and professional. Yes, the location is a high-traffic clinic, but he will spend plenty of time to discuss the diagnosis, possible options for treatments as well as following up on whatever treatments has been decided upon. The support staff is also very courteous and compliments his ability as a Doctor.

Great place if you do not mind being treated like cattle. Sadly this practice has developed into little more than how many people they can get thru the door each day. Need to make an appt? Good luck. One five minute phone call resulted in being told to call another number for that specific doctor. The next call was largely listening to the "choices" recording. That was followed by still another wait before actually speaking with a human. Then a simple prescription re-fill visit was not available for another week and a half. Office staff is surly at worst and uncaring at best. Nurses seem to have taken the attitude of the doctors in a "get 'em in, get 'em out mode". Dr. Gaspard is ok. Nothing particularly outstanding on the positive side. My major complaint is that he just sees a medical complaint and decides upon a diagnosis. Little more than an auto mechanic actually. Once I lost my job and no longer had insurance I was treated even worse. They had little interest in me… as a patient before. Once it was self pay I was treated as though they truly no longer wanted me as a patient. They succeeded in that regard.

Orders unnecessary test that are inconclusive and costly. Will not respond when questioned about them and hides behind his business manager.
