We love Dr. Hirsch! He’s a great physician, down to earth, takes his time during your appt and is very prompt on returning phone calls and messages. Highly recommend him!

Moved from Cincinnati, OH and needed to find a good family physician s I now live in New Palestine and wanted one close. My husband and I both go to Dr. Hirsch and we are very happy with the fact that he takes the time to talk with you and find out how you really are and any issues you are having. You do not feel like you are being rushed out the door and you can ask him anything. He makes sure you get to good doctors that are affiliated with Hancock Hospital and since my husband had a two way by pass in Cincinnati two years ago he needed a good heart specialist. He sent us to Dr. Fallinger who we are very happy with. He also referred us to other physicians that we need for medical reasons and we are well satisfied with them too. My daughter also became a patient of Dr. Hirsch and she has nothing but glowing things to say about him. I need to get in just email and he either calls me or sets up something and emails me back. Very prompt.

New Palestine Family Medicine This establishment is only concerned about your money. Dr. Hirsch was the physician appointed to me, and after my 1st visit nothing was done. He simply wanted to greet me and find out why I came into the office. Another 2 months (the soonest appointment I could get) and another $80 later, he prescribed a treatment he found OFF GOOGLE!!!!! I watched him search in the room on the same computer my chart was location. Now, two long months later I have advised him the treatment is not working, and experiencing break through pain. The office just reached me and advised is willing to attempt a previous treatment that did not work, and will provide no pain relief. I am so upset and hurting both inside my body and mind, I felt the need to advise future patients to beware.
