Dr. Brad Craig Klein, MD

Disgraceful! His office staff are inept and argumentative. They failed to do a prior auth for my treatment, blamed me, and literally called me a “difficult patient” when I became upset with them. Dr Klein sided with his staff without speaking with me about the situation, and denied my care. This occurred at the Headache Center where patients constantly need insurance authorizations (and have chronic migraines) It is never a good idea to unquestioningly take the side of your staff. Such a disappointment.

Dr. Klein is kind and caring. He listens to all your concerns and is very helpful. He does not rush his patients in and out of the office because of time limits and he is extremely professional!

just a prescription in and out drug store. no real care. Just another script and on your way.

Found that he was self-absorbed, agitated by serious questions about stroke risk. Very evasive. Made me nervous about his training and expertise. Seemed unfamiliar with stroke statistics and demographics.

Terrible doctor. Terrible bedside manner. Do not waste your time

Dr. Klein listens to every concern, addresses them energetically. He is absolutely goal oriented to resolve your problems. I've had chronic migraines, all though they aren't 100% gone I'm living a more productive life b/c of Dr. Klein. He wants the migrainesame gone 100% or he feels he hasn't done his job. What doctor's say that these days?! Love him?

I was one of Dr. Klein's first patients and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist.

Dr. Klein is warm, personable, and an excellent neuro. I saw him specifically for my atypical migraine headaches. He is very knowledgeable and outlined a plan to help manage the pain. Eventually we moved to Botox tx and I am absolutely convinced that he is the reason that after a decade of terrible migraines I am nearly headache free. He is also great with following up, and when I was having lots of difficulties early on he got me in for appts within a day. He is fantastic! If I hadn't moved to IL I would have stuck with him for good.
