Dr. Brad Andrew Lewis, MD

Dr. Lewis was my children’s pediatrician at Kaiser and is a horrible doctor and human being. He pushed vaccinations at every single appointment and got angry when I questioned him and delayed them. I delayed the HPV vaccine for my two daughters until they were 14 while he was trying to push it on them at 8 and he was relentless. My son developed tics after being vaccinated as a child and when I asked him questions about my son’s very apparent condition, Dr. Lewis tried to belittle me like I had no right to question his authority despite there being a ton of research showing the risks of vaccinations. He involved himself in family matters when my daughters were going through their teenage years without knowing anything other than what my children’s father told him, and without ever even meeting their father (email communications only). I changed doctors years ago and still get angry when I think about how he “treated” my children. Stay away if you want your kids to remain healthy.

Dr. Brad Lewis from Kaiser Pediatrics in Walnut Creek is completely unethical and unprofessional. Brad involves himself in his patient's personal family issues instead of conducting himself as a pediatrician. One would think he got a law degree instead of a medical degree by the way he tries to act as judge and jury of things he knows absolutely nothing about. He needs to review his doctor code of ethics to understand patient rights because after the age of 12 years old, doctors are supposed to protect their patient's confidentiality instead of exploiting it. Brad completely breaches medical ethics!

Brad Lewis is more of a cookie cutter doctor. Rush in rush out. If you are really interested in your child's health I would choose another doctor. Brad does not take any questions well and is very arrogant. It was not just me he was short with my wife as well. A lot of "oh, yeah I my boys are...." and no medicine. I was never confident in his diagnosis and I don't think he was either. If you stay at Kaiser there are many better doctors, don't settle for Lewis's down talk.
