Dr Sparks is a very kind and sympathetic physician . His assistant, Michelle is also truly concerned with your well-being . Dr sparks is very experienced and knowledgeable in the orthopedics of the knees . He has a great bedside manner and listens to your concerns with full explanations of procedures . He is also truly concerned about your health and well-being .

Highly recommend AFOC as a provider on all counts: from the medical providers themselves (absolutely top notch!) to their helpful and courteous administrative staff, the people at AFOC are what make it special. My orthopedic surgeon (Dr. Sparks) has been a fantastic partner in helping me overcome a debilitating sport-related knee injury, and his hand-off team of pre-op nursing staff, anesthesia team, post-op caregivers, physical therapists and PA’s have been nothing short of wonderful. Their convenient multi-location facilities have been so helpful to this busy career professional and father of three. Can’t say enough good things. And my ‘new’ knee actually functions better than before the accident! Five stars, for sure.

I very nearly walked out mid appointment I was so frustrated with this physician. He did not seem to be very interested in answering my questions. Didn't have any real answers. Mumbled terribly. Waste of time and money.

Was seen in the ER for a ‘very’ broken elbow. Dr Sparks was the on-call orthopedic, he reviewed my X-ray remotely, had me squeezed into his already booked schedule the next day, and did my surgery during his lunchtime. Very grateful! I’m recovering now and doing physical therapy with AFOC.
