My fiancé has appointments specifically set up for his diabetes with dr Watkins. The last 3 appointments we have been scheduled with a female nurse practitioner and the last appt she changed his basil and his blood sugar was out of control for about 3 days then we took it into our own hands and decided to change it back! Also we needed blood glucose test strips ordered and we never received those so we had to pay $100 for them at Kroger! After that we demanded to see dr Watkins and mysteriously we ended up scheduled with this nurse practitioner again!

My complete experience with Dr. Watkins and his staff have been exceptional. My every need and expectations were met with ease. Dr. Watkins is very personable. His staff are really involved in your care. If I could give a higher rating, I would!

One of the best communicating Doctors I have ever known. He listens well, answers all your questions and explains everything in a way you can fully understand it. My surgery (gastric plication) went very well and I love the results!

I would definitely recommend Dr Watkins. He is understanding, and kind. He listens to what you have to say, and has a wonderful bedside manner. The first time that I met him he put my mind at ease about the surgery. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Dr Watkins
