Dr. Braden Boyer, MD

Awesome quick visit. Staff was extremely nice & helpful!!

My goal is to provide helpful honest feedback. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes prior to the time I was scheduled and all of my paperwork had been completed in advance, including a comprehensive list of all medication and dosage I was currently taking. I waited in the waiting room for a half an hour before being taken back for x-rays that I waited another 10 minutes for. The x-ray tech was pleasant and efficient. I then waited in an exam room for another 10 minutes. When Dr. Boyer arrived, he was very nice, very kind and caring. He then asked me if I was on any medication’s and did I have any particular conditions that he should be aware of. I simply stated that all of my medication’s were on the paperwork that I had completed. (Obviously, he did not review my chart. A bit disappointing at best.). I had broken my toe and asked if I could be medically required to work from home instead of going into the office. Dr. Boyer said he would give me a letter for my employer. He… instructed someone to do that for me and then that person was pulled away for another task. I was told to wait in the waiting room for the letter. I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes waiting for the letter. I asked the person at the front desk if she could check on it and she said yes, but never moved out of her chair. I waited for another five minutes and then asked her to please have the letter emailed to me. She asked me if I would like to come back and pick it up (with a foot injury) and I said no, I would not be returning to pick up the letter. I left. By the end of the day, I had not received the letter in my email and called to inquire about it and was told it would now take 72 hours because I had left. 24 hours later I received an email with a BLANK letter that had no signature on it. I had to email her back and ask for a letter that says I can work from home. The end result was another email with a marginal explanation stating that I had work restrictions until further evaluation without any detail. The staff at this location is horrendous. I don’t know another word for it. While I was waiting, I watched the staff chitchatting and doing nothing the entire time. Somebody needs to manage that office and take control of the lack of work ethic and concern for their patients for sure. The staff is costing you money and certainly patients. I will not be returning. Very disappointing and definitely subpar to what healthcare should look like.

Make no bones about it, Dr Boyer is the best orthopedic surgeon in medicine. He is professional, thorough, explained the diagnosis and proved a sound recovery plan with no surgery! Yay. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with Dr Boyer if you need an orthopedic physician.

Dr. Boyer is a very knowledgeable, caring practitioner whose thoughtful, sincere manner is always engaging and reassuring. I particularly appreciate his ability to imaginatively consider and discuss aspects of my treatment which may not be immediately obvious. I look forward to every visit with Dr. Boyer, and am most grateful to be treating with him.

I had a great experience during my visit. Dr. Boyer seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He asked the right questions and listened patiently, gently examined my injured area, and advised. Thank you Dr. Boyer!

He has a very good bedside manner. Was up to date on all my previous procedures. Gave me some good insight on next steps!

Dr. Boyer was very professional and educational about my injury. He answered all my questions and concerns with ease. I feel very taken care of with him as my Dr.

He explained everything to a T, he even suggested that I consider having the surgery on my ankle , he also informed me on my xray photos and what I was looking at , and the severity of my injury.

Doc Boyer is very helpful as I attempt to work my way back from an Achilles injury and hope to avoid surgery. He has a good diagnosis capability and great approach as we go through the healing process.

Dr. Boyer is great! He did not rush any of our appointments and made sure we understood the treatment plan. Thank you!
