The CT report before my sinuplasty stated I had "clear paranasal sinuses with nonsignificant sinus mucosal disease." Dr. Bichey convinced me they must have read it wrong and I went ahead with the balloon sinuplasty for the purpose of relieving ear pressure. Why did I pay for a CT he required if he wasn't going to believe the result? When I later got a second opinion they said the CT was correct and that sinuplasty would not relieve the ear pressure I was feeling. I regret that I didn't get the second opinion earlier!

I saw several specialists before I saw Dr Bichey and I felt like he really was an expert on treating my condition. I am now about six weeks out from a procedure he did in the office over my lunch hour and doing great! Thanks Dr Bichey

Dr. Bichey performed a nasal sinus procedure on me over the lunch hour about six weeks ago in his office. I just saw him for my last follow-up and I am breathing great without all the sinus pressure I used to have! Thanks Dr Bichey

Consider the importance of getting a second opinion before allowing Dr. Bichey to perform balloon sinuplasty. When the balloon sinuplasty Dr. Bichey performed on me provided no relief for my condition, I saw a highly respected ENT for another opinion and was informed that the procedure never had a chance of working. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before having the sinuplasty. When I was getting no relief, Dr. BIchey was already proposing alternate procedures which also would have had no chance of working for me. Be careful folks.
