Dr. Bradford Stephen Chervin, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Chervin for years. When I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that my specific version of Blue Cross insurance would not be accepted, even though it was a PPO plan, which supported Out of Network providers. They told me that I would have to pay the full retail price of the visit and apply for reimbursement on my own, or I was told to find another Doctor. I was shocked at the terrible treatment I received from a practice that I have gone to for years. I found another ENT in the area. There is no excuse for being, effectively, kicked out from a Doctor's practice.

After confirming the charge multiple times over the phone with the staff and the audiologist, Dr. Chervin and his audiologist charged us double for our appointment. We were told there were no hidden fees and that the price was confirmed by the audiologist. Then we were charged double after the appointment. No accountability was taken by him or the staff, just that they are currently understaffed. Beware of taking an appointment in his office as it seems it's about to shut down because they are so understaffed an uneducated. They don't even submit to insurance anymore, it's up to the patient to do that work because of their staff shortage.

Poor customer service and extremely not professional office manager/ front desk

I cannot more strongly recommend Dr. Chervin. He is an excellent doctor but also he is dedicated in caring for his patients, listening to their concerns, knowing their history and answering their questions. Unlike many in the medical profession, he takes the time to know you, remember you, answer your questions thoughtfully and assist you with your care. A+++

As a retired physician I am always appreciative of excellent care. Dr. Chervin and his staff provided very personable and professional care!
